The “Live Orders” tab is where you will receive and manage your daily orders. You have many options to address each daily order individually.
New Orders: Here, you will see all the new orders.
Accepted: When you accept an order, it will appear here.
Done: When you finish and deliver an order, it will appear here.
Once you receive an order, click “Details” to manage it. You can find all of the following details:
Customer information
The order.
Comments on the order.
Total price.
Requested payment method.
Time slot.
The option to “Reject” or “Accept” an order.
Print Bill
Status History
