First things first, you must complete all the restaurant information and configure the restaurant settings before you start creating a menu.
Go to the “Restuarant” tab on the left menu.
Restaurant Name: The name that will be displayed for your customers.
Restaurant Description: The description will be displayed for your customers. Note: Write a clear short description of what you serve; you have a limited number of characters you can enter in this field.
Restaurant Address: Write the complete and precise restaurant address so the delivery system can work properly.
Restaurant Phone: This is the general restaurant phone number customers can call you at, not the number you will use with your WhatsApp. Of course, it can be the same number.
Delivery Option: Here, you have four options;
Pickup: Allowing customers to pick up the order.
Delivery: This means that you offer home delivery. It should be checked if you are doing home delivery.
Free Delivery: If you offer free home delivery, check it.
Disable Ordering: If you check this box, your customers cannot place online orders with you.
Restaurant Logo: Here, you upload the restaurant logo. There are two types of logos; one for the light theme and one for the dark theme. (The theme is your online menu design)
Restaurant Image: The system will automatically use this image if you don’t upload an image for an item on the menu. It can be your logo or anything you want.
Restaurant Cover Image: The cover image will be placed in the header of your digital menu. Hint: You can use the cover image to promote an item or a promotion to anyone visiting your digital menu.
Minimum Order: Here, you can enter the minimum order value for home delivery.
Average Order Prepare Time (in minutes): How long do you need to prepare the order? Choose from the dropdown list a time. It is in minutes!
Time Slots Separated (in minutes): The time slots between orders so the system can calculate the delivery time of an order.
Currency: The standard currency is automatically placed according to your country, but you can change it.
Money Conversion: Do you have foreigners ordering from your restaurant? Check this box for converting currency automatically for them on checkout.
Payment Info: Enter your payment methods available. Currently, only cash-on-delivery (COD) and cash-on-pick-up payments are activated in your system. Still, you can also add a Credit/Debit Card on Delivery.
WhatsApp Phone: Here, you can enter the phone number you will use to receive orders from and interact with your customers through the system.
Owner Name: The restaurant owner's name.
Owner Email: The email connected to the software.
Owner Phone: The owner's phone number.
After entering your restaurant’s information, click “Save”.
