Live Orders

The “Live Orders” tab is where you will receive and manage your daily orders. You have many options to address each daily order individually.

  • New Orders: Here, you will see all the new orders.

  • Accepted: When you accept an order, it will appear here.

  • Done: When you finish and deliver an order, it will appear here.

Once you receive an order, click “Details” to manage it. You can find all of the following details:

  • Customer information

  • The order.

  • Comments on the order.

  • Total price.

  • Requested payment method.

  • Time slot.

  • The option to “Reject” or “Accept” an order.

  • Print Bill

  • Status History
